This was a lovely show. A nice turnout of people. All I can say is Danny as always was amazing, but Carrie Elkin stole the show for me. She has a beautiful and powerful voice that could project miles even without a microphone.

Agreed on Carrie Elkin! That gal can flat out sing. She gave us the whole range from a taste of a country twang, to the really soft breaths that would barely make a candle dance, to filling up the whole room with her voice standing some four or five feet from the mike. Pretty damn spectacular if you ask me. And Danny was brilliant and poetic as hell. His new album, due in the spring, should be one to be on the lookout for. One last thought: Both artists mentioned this from the stage but I think it’s worth repeating, Andy had the sound in the Gravity sparkling last night…top notch from start to finish in just about every way.
